2. Make sure these are clear and high resolution pictures so I can clearly see the faces. You can either send one or multiple pictures.
3. You get up to two rounds of revisions are included to fine-tune your portrait. Further changes can be requested for an additional fee.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that shipping times are additional to processing times.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with dispatch details once your order has been shipped.

If you require your order urgently, feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to arrange a faster dispatch where possible.

International orders are shipped using Australia Post Standard International service. Standard international shipping does not include tracking.
